The best book for field goal kickers and punters

If you do a search online for “book for field goal kickers and punters.” you might be amazed with the lack of resources. The simple truth is, there really aren’t any books out there on the subject of kickers and punters. That’s because until recently, coaches only offered private lessons or camps. The information out there was few and far between. If you wanted a resource for field goal kickers and punters let alone a book for field goal kickers and punters, good luck.

Then in 2020, when the world came to a stop. I started thinking about what was out in the world and started what would become a book the first of its kind. Now with over 100 people who have changed the way they view kicking, the field goal kicking and punting world has changed forever. And as a result, the football community is making a turn in the right direction.

The book for field goal kickers and punters was designed in order to provide resources myself and thousands of other kickers and punters before me didn’t have. And it’s my goal to give back to the community who did so much for me growing up. It’s because of football that I was fortunate enough to go play in college on a full scholarship. So I wanted to make something to highlight all of the best information I’ve learned myself, practiced on and taught others. It’s been 12 years in the making with thousands of hours of trial and error along with an additional thousand hours of instruction that I was able to make “The Art of Kicking.”

In a nutshell, the art of kicking covers technique, mindset, nutrition, exercise, stretches, drills, and over 100 years of experience put in between two covers.

I asked over a dozen high-level kickers and punters of all professional levels their experiences, mindset approaches, workout advice and that alone is worth its weight in gold. When you pair that with the book itself with my own findings, I pray that enough field goal kickers and punters will benefit from this information and apply it to their own lives. I pray the players may earn a scholarship, coaches can finally coach their players with confidence, parents may be able to view kicking and punting through a new lens.

For all of those reasons, The book for field goal kickers and punters was created. So please, if you haven’t already, check out, “The Art of Kicking.” on Amazon, or just share it with a friend or family member. You just don’t know who might need this book for field goal kickers and punters the most!
